Job summary

Target in Culver City, CA is seeking an Inbound Expert to support GM and store operations. You will greet guests, help them find items, stock shelves and ensure accurate signage in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks.

You should be 18+ years old, able to use handheld scanners, work with a team, and deliver a friendly guest experience while maintaining safety and compliance. Training is provided and schedules can vary, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

• Maintain product availability and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
• If certified, operate powered equipment and handle freight safely.
• Process defective merchandise and handle ESIM items per regulations.
• Uphold safety, compliance and ethical conduct.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive Up duties.
