You will receive, sort, verify, distribute, and archive medical records, pharmacy requests, and provider orders while maintaining confidentiality and coordinating with internal teams. This role helps ensure compliant, timely document handling across our facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Document Specialist, Document Controller, or similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with document management software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative qualifications are a plus.
