A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Inbound Dockworker in Saco, ME. The role involves safely loading/unloading freight from trailers and verifying documentation in electronic and manual systems. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

The position offers hourly pay with a shift differential and benefits including insurance, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, and profit sharing. Overtime applies after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Forklift or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, freight, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Picking, staging, and securing freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Using the document management system to track shipment locations throughout the terminal.
• Communicating with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including day and night shifts, weekends, or holidays.
