What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
- Collect patient information and accurately input data into the e-Intake system
- Verify and process orders for CPAP resupply, ensuring compliance with guidelines
- Provide basic technical support and education regarding CPAP equipment to patients
- Manage high volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and customer inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service background
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with internet navigation
- Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
- Understanding of billing reimbursement and insurance policies
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
