Terrestrial Bio, Inc. is seeking an experienced in vivo operations professional to manage study timelines, animal procurement, vivarium coordination, and staffing for in vivo studies in the Greater Boston area.

The role blends hands-on dosing and sample handling with strong organizational oversight. Ideal candidates have a BS in life sciences with 5+ years in vivo experience or AALAS certification, and prior CRO study management.

Qualifikationen

• BS in a life science field with 5+ years in vivo experience or AALAS certification.
• Experience at a CRO in a study coordination/management role is preferred.
• Track record of managing timelines and logistics for multiple in vivo studies.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain study timelines across the in vivo portfolio, from animal ordering through final sample shipment.
• Order and schedule animals with commercial vendors, coordinating delivery and acclimation.
• Coordinate with vivarium partners and CROs on scheduling, logistics, and timeline tracking.
• Confirm test articles and supplies are ready in the right quantities before each study starts.
• Plan staffing for dosing and sampling timepoints and coordinate with the team for full coverage.
• Keep internal teams informed on study status, milestones, and risks; raise issues early.
• Maintain study trackers, logistics records, and shipment documentation; support protocol and report preparation.
• Provide in vivo support during dosing, sampling, and processing; onboard new staff.
