Manifold Bio is a platform biotechnology company pioneering AI-guided protein design and in vivo pharmacology. The company seeks an experienced In Vivo Study Coordinator to own end-to-end planning and execution of preclinical programs.

This senior, hands-on role requires deep in vivo expertise, cross-functional coordination, and independence in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. You will design study timelines, manage data, and ensure timely delivery across multiple parallel studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Pharmacology, Biomedical Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on in vivo pharmacology experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO settings.
• Demonstrated study director/lead experience with end-to-end ownership of timelines and deliverables.
• In vivo techniques including IV, SC, IP, PO dosing; blood draws; necropsy; tissue collection/processing.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent studies across programs and timelines.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; reliable and thorough.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with scientists, RAs, vivarium staff, and leadership.
• Self-motivated, independent work style in a fast-moving environment.
• Passion for science and impactful work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assays to assess pharmacological activity, biodistribution, and efficacy in preclinical studies.
• Manage tissue analysis and transfer/storage of samples from rodent and large animal studies at contract facilities.
• Perform rodent perfusion and tissue collection.
• Analyze data and document experiments; present results within the company.
• Conduct molecular/biochemical assays on tissue samples across drug programs; quantitative and qualitative analyses.
