Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a contract scientist to perform in vivo studies focused on chronic kidney disease, working largely independently with minimal supervision, and coordinating weekend rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing in vivo CKD studies.
• Experience with rodent dosing routes and sample collection.
• IACUC governance compliance and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and completes routine in vivo studies in CKD with minimal supervision.
• Assists design and execution of non-routine CKD CRM in vivo experiments.
• Maintains IACUC compliance and proper records per SOPs.
• Performs literature searches and interprets data from published protocols.
• Operates lab equipment and troubleshoots effectively.
• Communicates findings orally and in writing; contributes to protocols and procedures.
• Reports data with integrity and ethics.
• Participates in weekend/holiday rotation as needed.
