Job summary

The Scientist II will independently initiate and complete routine in vivo studies focused on CKD and cardio-renal-metabolic models at Real Staffing Group's Ridgefield, CT site. This onsite role requires a 40-hour week with participation in a weekend rotation on a flexible schedule.

You will design experiments, analyze data, maintain SOP records, and collaborate across teams. Candidates should have a Master's or a Bachelor's with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong IACUC compliance, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's + 3 years in a scientific discipline.
• Experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO environments desirable.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and complete routine in vivo studies and interpret outcomes.
• Design and execute non-routine and exploratory experiments.
• Maintain IACUC compliance and accurate SOP records.
• Operate laboratory equipment, perform literature searches, and analyze data.
• Collaborate effectively in a highly team-based environment.
