Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Scientist to join the In Vivo Pharmacology team in Cambridge, MA. The role focuses on evaluating novel cancer and immune-disease therapies through in vivo studies, tumor models, and translational assays, with hands-on experience in dosing and data analysis.

Ideal candidates will have at least a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, strong scientific rigor, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of academic and/or industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Execute in vivo studies in oncology and immunology models.
• Design and conduct mouse studies including tumor measurements and clinical scoring.
• Carry out dosing (IV, IP, SC) and sample collection.
• Maintain ELN records and prepare study summaries for data presentation.
• Collaborate with project teams and external CROs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with IACUC and animal welfare standards.
