Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs in vivo pharmacology studies in mice, including dosing and tissue collection.
• Supports stereotaxic surgery in mice and analyzes readouts (PD, efficacy).
• Performs and analyzes ddPCR/qPCR, Western blot, immunohistochemistry or muscle physiology assays.
