Bachoco Group in Fort Smith, AR is seeking an In Town Driver for the 3rd shift to support local poultry plant operations. You will shuttle trailers and equipment, coordinate with dispatch, and ensure timely deliveries within Fort Smith and nearby areas.
This role requires a Class-A CDL, a minimum of 12 months of verifiable driving experience, and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Safety and reliability are essential.

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to calculate hours of service, complete log book pages and calculate and report hours worked.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must have a Class-A CDL Drivers License. Must have 12 months of verifiable experience. Must have no major driving violations and be able to pass a D.O.T. physical and drug test.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
