Job summary

2020 Companies is recruiting for Verizon Wireless retail sales professionals inside Walmart locations. This full-time role focuses on selling Verizon devices and services through a direct fulfillment model, with paid training and uncapped commissions.

Expect 30–40 hours weekly, some travel, and a fast-paced retail environment in Alabama. We look for goal‑oriented, customer‑driven individuals who excel at communication, work well independently, and are available to evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needs.
• Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services.
• Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options.
• Process new accounts, upgrades, add-a-lines, and wireless activations.
• Utilize direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
