Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring Verizon Wireless Retail Sales representatives to work inside Walmart locations. You will engage customers, identify wireless needs, and promote Verizon products with an uncapped commission structure.

Responsibilities include processing new accounts, activations, and upgrades, educating customers on promotions, and maintaining strong relationships in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided; health benefits and 401k are available.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needs.
• Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services.
• Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options.
• Process new accounts, upgrades, add-a-lines, and wireless activations.
• Utilize direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
