Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC seeks a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to drive sales of handsets, rate plans, and accessories in our Corpus Christi store. The role emphasizes meeting benchmarks, following company systems, and acting as a role model for new hires.

Spanish language skills are preferred, and a high school education is expected. This position requires standing for long periods, reliable transportation, and the ability to work at least 4 days per week.

Qualifications

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Perform as a role model and offer assistance for all new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all policies as outlined in the Handbook and other company communications.
• Master all required systems: RQ4, Paycom, etc.
• Follow all Cash Depositing procedures and accept responsibility for deficiencies caused by error or negligence.
• Maintain store appearance and complete required training within the timeline established by management.
