What you'll be doing day to day
Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
• Receive inbound goods and maintain inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
• Move products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
• Perform sales space replenishment flexibly, following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Select goods for customers within the designated time frame, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
• Adhere to store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory counts.
• Foster an environment where IKEA’s culture is a vibrant reality that embraces diversity among co-workers and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment roles.

JOB TYPE – Permanent
HOURS - 20-34 hours/week, benefits eligible
SHIFTS – Fully open schedule, including evenings and weekends; schedules published one month in advance
The pay range is $22.80-$30.52/hour.
