Job summary

Everlane in Los Angeles is seeking an Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll be the face of Everlane, delivering a best-in-class customer experience through styling, product knowledge, and mission-driven service.

You’ll support visual updates, maintain floor standards, assist with inventory, and share our Brand values to inspire loyalty. A fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifts that fit a 12+ hour weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and execution of visual updates.
• Maintain floor standards and signage.
• Process, organize, and prepare inventory.
• Restock the sales floor to maintain sizing availability.
• Use product knowledge to style customers and offer fit advice.
• Educate customers about Everlane's brand values and ethos.
• Provide styling recommendations to build customer confidence.
• Show up on time with a positive, can-do attitude.
