Job summary

Everlane in Los Angeles is seeking an Ambassador to bring the brand to life for customers. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a best-in-class store experience with a customer-first mindset and optimism.

You’ll support visual updates, style customers, and educate them on our mission while meeting individual goals. Must be able to lift and stand for long periods and have 12 hours of weekly availability, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual, retail or sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support setup and execution of visual updates
• Maintain floor visuals, signage and folding standards
• Process, organize, and prepare inventory
• Restock sales floor to maintain sizing and availability
• Leverage product knowledge to style and advise customers
• Introduce and educate customers about Everlane’s mission and values
• Provide styling recommendations to build loyalty and confidence
• Present yourself professionally and stay aligned with brand guidelines
