Job summary

Everlane in Los Angeles is seeking an Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll be the face of Everlane, delivering a best-in-class customer experience through styling, product knowledge, and mission-driven service.

You’ll support visual updates, maintain floor standards, assist with inventory, and share our Brand values to inspire loyalty. A fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifts that fit a 12+ hour weekly availability.

As an Ambassador, you:

• Use curiosity to gain strong customer understanding to deliver customer-centric solutions that exceed expectations

Your day to day:

• Support the setup and execution of visual updates
• Maintain visual standards across the floor - folding standards, signage and more
• Process, organize, and prepare inventory
• Restock sales floor throughout the day to maintain sizing standards
• Leverage product knowledge to actively sell and style our products and offer fit advice
• Introduce and educate our customer about our Brand's mission, values, and ethos
• Give exceptional styling recommendations to gain customer confidence and build customer loyalty
• Have a keen sense of style, keep up with the latest trends and looks
• Have a customer-first mindset when working with customers
• Show up to shifts on time with a can-do attitude
• Style product displays with intention, staying aligned with our Brand guidelines
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges

What is expected of you

• Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds
• Have a minimum of 12 hours of availability that supports the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must regularly stand and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers
• Be available for 6am shifts

The Fine Print:

The hourly pay range for this role is $18.42 - $20.00 an hour.
