Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service while supporting merchandising and signage maintenance.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, maintaining visual standards, and updating signage; communicating progress to the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations; and

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing and counting ability are necessary.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work shifts as needed.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and signage.
• Install, update and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA protocol.
• Collaborate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations to share updates.
