Job summary

Best Buy in San Marcos, TX is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our store. You’ll be trained to confidently recommend tech products and services tailored to each customer’s needs.

If you enjoy sales and helping people, this role is a great fit. Responsibilities include greeting customers, demonstrating products, handling purchases and exchanges, staying updated on product knowledge, keeping shelves stocked, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
