Job summary

Best Buy in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers select the right tech products and services. You’ll learn the skills to confidently recommend solutions and support customers’ needs in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

You will engage customers, perform demos, handle cashier duties and participate in ongoing training. This role includes in-store and curbside pickup support and requires adaptability to a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
