Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for our Microsoft products to engage with customers, assess needs, and provide expert service and recommendations. You’ll stay current on Microsoft products through trainings, certifications and self-development.

You’ll help customers in your department, complete transactions, and drive profitable growth while maintaining department merchandising and organization.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience with consumer electronics is a plus.
