Job summary

Spectrum seeks a Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of our brand at our store in Lexington, NC. You will promote and sell our product portfolio to both existing and new customers, driving sales while delivering exceptional customer care and a welcoming in-store experience.

You will help educate customers, maintain knowledge of pricing and promotions, and uphold our visual standards while aiming to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Strong communication skills for in-person, phone, and written interactions.
