Victra, Verizon’s premier retailer, is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant. In-store you will deliver world-class customer service, showcase product knowledge, and drive sales through a proven process.

You will connect with guests, explain benefits, and provide tailored solutions while upholding Victra’s standards. The role requires 1+ year of customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma, and availability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• No relocation or sponsorship required beyond standard hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests authentically.
