Job summary

Victra in Capitola, CA is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service and support store operations. You will assist guests, reviews accounts, and help with merchandising while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service, evenings/weekends availability, and being 18+. Training is provided, and you can grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Physical requirements: lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
• NHU training within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech approachable.
• Assist the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and follow-through in a fast-paced store.
