Job summary

Intuit is seeking a dedicated Business Tax Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will provide full-service tax prep for individuals and business entities, offering expert advice and proactive tax planning as the primary client contact.

You will collaborate with bookkeeping specialists when needed and help grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and marketing support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent federal and state business tax return prep (1065/1120-S) for many clients.
• Minimum 3 seasons of personal tax prep with a high volume of returns.
• Basic bookkeeping understanding and willingness to upskill in QuickBooks.
• Experience advising small businesses on year-round tax planning.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related state licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for consumer and business clients.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s full financial picture and offer proactive guidance.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver excellent in-person customer experiences at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
