Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, advise on deductions, and deliver personalized tax planning in person.

You’ll partner with a team of bookkeeping specialists to support broader accounting needs, grow the local TurboTax client base, and act as the community ambassador for TurboTax in your area.

Qualifications

• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience, 30 returns per year
• 3+ years of recent business tax prep for at least 20 clients per season
• Knowledge of Circular 230
• Ability to work onsite Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax consumer and business clients
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and marketing support
• Collaborate with bookkeeping specialists to support core accounting needs
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools
