Responsibilities

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, including new arrivals and bestsellers.
• Clearly communicate product features and benefits.
• Offer personalized styling support to help customers find pieces that suit their personal style and needs.
• Build genuine relationships with customers through thoughtful service.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through active engagement, up-selling, and cross-selling.
• Support store promotions and sales initiatives.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and on-brand.
• Participate in inventory management tasks, including restocking, organizing, and maintaining product displays.
• Assist with store fulfillment, including packaging and preparing online orders to ship from the store.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
• Represent the brand with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
