Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Maple Grove, MN and Buffalo, MN. You will stock shelves, build displays, and coordinate with sales reps to optimize visibility for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and more.

You’ll order products via iPad, ensure in-stock conditions, and follow Mondelēz guidelines. Open weekend availability, 6:00–8:00 AM start, 18+ with a valid license required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various stores.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store staff and work with sales reps to improve product visibility.
• Conduct in-store visits per Merchandising steps and take display photos.
• Order products via iPad for shelf and display stock.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and stocked per guidelines.
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and report issues.
• Follow daily merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain positive, upbeat attitude while in stores.
