Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. seeks a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world‑famous snacks to life in‑store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are visible and in stock, driving sales at the biscuit aisle.

The role involves early starts, store visits within a 25–35 mile radius of Twin Falls, ID (including Hailey). Use iPad/Salesforce for orders, and participate in promotions and visibility campaigns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Able to drive your own vehicle with valid insurance.
• Mile-age reimbursed for store visits.
• Comfort with lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of the brands.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily to capture displays and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain shelf and display inventory.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Follow safety practices and perform physical duties as required.
