Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Twin Falls, ID. You will stock shelves, build displays, place orders via iPad, and ensure in-stock conditions while representing iconic brands like Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, and Ritz.

You’ll travel to assigned stores within 25–35 miles, start at 5:00 AM, and partner with store personnel. This role involves lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver license (issued by the state in which the person resides) or U.S. passport or federal ID.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, bend and move product; occasional lifting over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Merchandising Excellence standards; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
