Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to enhance retail execution for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will manage in-store displays, stock shelves, and coordinate orders via iPad and Salesforce, ensuring products are always in stock and visually compelling.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently across several store locations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with valid insurance.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and ensure brand visibility.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and schedules.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising.
