Mondelēz International in Tracy, CA is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to keep our iconic brands front and center in retail environments. You will stock shelves, set up displays, place orders via iPad, and use Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions while delivering excellent store-level service.

This role requires physical work, weekend availability, and the ability to travel to nearby stores within 25–35 miles.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive your own vehicle with insurance coverage to various store locations.
• Physically able to perform lifting and bending as part of merchandising duties.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and follow DMI guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and prioritization for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
