Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in stores across the Tracy, CA region. You will work the aisles, stock shelves, set displays, and ensure popular brands are easy to find.

You will drive from store to store with your own vehicle, complete iPad-based orders, and maintain marked displays while staying safe and compliant in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by your state.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
