Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are easy to find for shoppers.

Based near Royal Oak, MI with secondary Troy/Southfield/Madison Heights locations, you will visit stores daily, drive your own vehicle, and use Salesforce via an iPad to keep shelves stocked. This role offers competitive pay and broad benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Royal Oak, MI; secondary locations include Troy, MI.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical activity including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Adhere to daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
