Job summary

Mondelēz International in Florida is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to ensure in-store execution for iconic brands like Oreo and Ritz. You will visit stores, stock shelves, place orders via iPad, and implement promotions while collaborating with store personnel for optimal visibility.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a valid license, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail experience is a plus; travel to Windermere/Winter Garden and Sunday-Thursday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Winter Garden, FL
• Secondary locations: Windermere FL
• Schedule availability required: Sunday- Thursday
• Start time: 6am

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of the brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting and moving products as needed.
