Mondelēz International seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock for shoppers across Kentucky and nearby areas.

Based in a field role, you will place orders via iPad, follow RTM plans, and support seasonal launches while upholding safety standards and professional customer service.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver license for the state of residence.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage; mileage reimbursed.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

• Represent Mondel13z in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily RTM schedules for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, handling lifting, bending, and moving products.
