Job summary

Mondelēz International in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic brands to life in-store. You will build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, set displays, and place orders via iPad using Salesforce, ensuring products are in stock and visible to shoppers.

You will follow DSD Merchandising Excellence standards, capture photos of displays, and communicate store insights to the regional team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a valid US driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated with a professional attitude and able to work independently.
• Willing to drive a personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Glenwood Springs, CO (primary) and listed secondary locations.
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; early morning start times.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via Salesforce.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant in a physically demanding role.
