Job summary

Mondelēz International in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands to life in-store, stocking shelves, building relationships with store teams, and ensuring products are visible and in stock for shoppers.

You will visit stores Tuesday through Saturday, drive your own vehicle with insurance, lift up to 50 lbs, and use iPad to order products via Salesforce while executing displays and promo plans and delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Charlotte, NC (primary location).
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of the brands and ensure excellent in-store execution.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Perform daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility and execution.
• Order products via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions (shelf and display) using Salesforce.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical tasks including lifting and moving products.
