Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores. You will perform daily store visits, build displays, stock shelves, and place orders via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions.

The role emphasizes professional store interactions, adherence to RTM plans, and proactive communication of store-level insights. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with retail or consumer goods preferred (1–3 years).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move product as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive your own vehicle to store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management
• Maintain safety and compliance during physical duties
