Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in Fort Walton Beach, FL.

You will manage in-store displays, stocking, and order writing to keep products in stock and visually compelling. You’ll travel within local stores, build relationships with managers, and use Salesforce on an iPad to ensure shelves and displays meet planograms while supporting seasonal launches and

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid REAL ID, US passport, or federal ID for base access.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Fort Walton, FL; secondary Navarre, FL.
• Schedule Sunday-Thursday.

Aufgaben

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, capturing photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions on shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety policies and handle physical tasks involved in stocking shelves.
