Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, build displays, and manage in-store promotions. You will visit stores, photograph displays, and place product orders to maintain stock levels.

The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and driving to various locations on a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a REAL ID or equivalent, a high school diploma or GED, and a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access a military base facility.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow the daily merchandising schedule to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
