Overview

If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and have an eye for identifying fresh and high-quality products, consider an In-Store Shopping Clerk position at Sprouts Farmers Market. Responsibilities

As an In-Store Shopping Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, your responsibilities will include:

1. Shopping and fulfilling customer’s online orders in-store using a mobile device with the Instacart Shopper App.
2. Providing excellent customer service by focusing on product quality, freshness, and substituting out-of-stock items.
3. Communicating any necessary changes to orders effectively.
4. Processing transactions using the in-store POS system.
5. Serving as an online ambassador, answering questions about order delivery, the Instacart platform, and its benefits.
6. Assisting in other store areas, such as stocking shelves, filling frozen food bins, and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications

To qualify as an In-Store Shopping Clerk at Sprouts, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Display outgoing and friendly behavior, with a positive attitude and the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Have good communication skills, the ability to follow directions, and work well in a team. Ability to operate front-end equipment like registers, calculators, and scanners.
• Be able to stand, walk, and bend throughout the workday.
• Be capable of maneuvering a utility cart weighing 20 lbs., requiring up to 35 lbs. of force, for up to 2 hours over a distance of 20 feet.
• Walk up to 3 miles during an 8-hour shift.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
