Whole Foods Market is seeking an In-Store Shopper to support and prepare customer orders for delivery and pickup. You will shop the store for everyday items and work flexible hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, early mornings, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities include fulfilling online orders with accuracy, learning product knowledge, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean staging area. The role requires 18+ years old, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sufficient English proficiency to prepare and shop customer orders.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills online orders efficiently and accurately using handhelds or fixed devices.
• Ensure product and order accuracy through verification and quality control.
• Learn product knowledge and customer service standards to deliver great experiences.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Comply with age verification requirements for restricted items.
• Assist with customer inquiries and store information.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Communicate clearly, collaboratively and courteously.
• Attend leadership meetings and daily huddles.
• Support store programs, varied checkout options and product assortment.
• Maintain safety and store security protocols.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
