Job summary

Shaw’s and Star Market is seeking an In Store Shopper to pick, bag, and prepare online orders for pickup or delivery in a fast-paced environment. You’ll move through the store, check quality, and render substitutions to ensure accurate, fresh groceries.

Using handheld devices, you’ll track orders, coordinate with teammates, and uphold safety standards while meeting pickup deadlines. Prior retail or fulfillment experience is helpful; flexible availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality items for online orders.
• Check quality and accuracy of each item.
