Shaw’s and Star Market seeks an In Store Shopper to pick online orders, check item quality, and ensure accurate substitutions for pickup or delivery.

You will move throughout the store, bag items, and coordinate handoffs to customers, with a focus on speed, accuracy, and friendly service in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems; strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
