Shaw’s and Star Market in Sturbridge, MA seeks an In Store Shopper (Drive Up & Go Clerk) to pick quality groceries for online orders and prepare them for pickup or delivery.

You will handle substitutions, bag items, and coordinate handoffs with store teams in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, with 18+ and availability across mornings, evenings, weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or fulfillment preferred.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems with strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Compliance with store policies including safety and dress standards.

Responsibilities
