Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail required for product quality and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality items for online orders.
• Check quality and accuracy to match orders.
• Organize and bag orders for pickup or delivery.
• Coordinate substitutions when needed and maintain substitutions quality.
• Pack and prepare orders for delivery or pickup and hand off to customers timely.
• Operate handheld devices and order-tracking systems.
