Albertsons Companies Inc. is hiring an In Store Shopper (Drive Up & Go Clerk) who will select high-quality groceries for online orders, move through the store to pick items, check quality, and ensure orders match customer preferences.

You will bag items, manage substitutions, coordinate handoffs for pickup or delivery, and stay busy with shopping, packing, and preparing orders in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail or fulfillment experience is helpful, and safety and dress standards apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail required for product quality and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality products for customers who shop online and pick items across store areas.
• Keep orders organized and ready for pick up, bag items, and manage substitutions when needed.
• Coordinate orders for timely handoff to customers during delivery or pickup.
• Balance shopping, packing, and preparing orders in a fast-paced store environment.
• Assist team members and follow company order fulfillment processes and standards.
