Albertsons Companies Inc. is hiring an In Store Shopper (Drive Up & Go Clerk) to pick items throughout the store for online orders, ensuring quality and freshness, and coordinating handoff to customers.

You will bag items, manage substitutions, prep orders for pickup or delivery, and keep orders organized while staying efficient in a busy, fast-paced setting. Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality products for online orders and ensure freshness.
• Organize and bag orders, manage substitutions and coordinate pickup/delivery.
• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup and hand off to customers.
• Maintain accuracy and speed across multiple orders in a fast-paced store.
